“Nice and clean , mainly did not like carrying my luggage up stairs”

The place was clean overall, but there was no elevator, which made carrying our bags and luggage up the stairs very difficult and unsafe. I actually fell while trying to carry my luggage up the steps. Thankfully, I was not injured. Management can review the security footage to see what happened. I strongly recommend that the property clearly inform guests that there is no elevator, especially those traveling with heavy luggage or anyone who may have difficulty climbing stairs. Safety should be a priority. Additionally, some of the towels appeared to be stained, so we did not feel comfortable using them. Although the property was clean, the lack of an elevator and the condition of some of the towels negatively affected our stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience and safety of future guests-. There on Oct 2-4 -2026. No elevation!! Did not like carrying my luggage up she steps

I arrived a day early than my reservation, paid for a double bed and then had to move to another room due to reservation of a single, but felt they could have jus let me stay in the first instead of moving to another, the double was still available and right down the hall
