The staff were all very positive, jolly and helpful. The food was excellent and very reasonable, especially given the portions. The black pudding at breakfast and the pork stuffing at lunch were above average, and everything was well cooked and presented. The room was a bit tired but still excellent for the price.

I’ve stayed here before and it was great, so I came back; however, I had to leave early on Saturday at 08.00 but breakfast didn’t start until 08.30, so I missed it.
