Rezydencja Zakopane

The location is very nice, clean, well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast was abundant, the selection huge, and everything tasted great. The spa is outside the building and lacks a locker room, making wet return to the room difficult, and we had to share a small jacuzzi with many others, so that should be expected. Early morning, around 8 a.m., renovation work started in the room next to ours, producing very disruptive noise.

The place was incredible with a beautiful view, a clean and cozy room, a good breakfast, and a wonderful sauna—highly recommend visiting.

The location, cleanliness, and excellent breakfasts were highlights, but the beds were too soft, there was no changing room in the wellness area outside the main building, and the hotel had no bar, restaurant, or café seating.

“Sightseeing in Zakopane”

The view of the mountains was beautiful and the pool was also great. The furnishings were nice too. The double bed was a bit narrow. Unfortunately, there was no trash bin in the room—only the small one in the bathroom. Moreover, construction noise started just before 7 am, something that hadn't been mentioned beforehand.

“Buena experiencia en Zakopane”

The hotel was generally very good, clean, with quality facilities and a fabulous breakfast! The heated pool was also great. However, the spa and pool are in a separate area and you have to walk through an outdoor stretch; they don't provide large towels or robes, and there's no changing area. Still, overall it was a good experience and we were very happy at the hotel.
