The owner was very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the AC was chill, the place was clean, and the staff were polite.

I had no reservation under my name, which was the worst experience ever; I went there with my parents and the staff said there was no booking for me. I complained to customer care on May 8 2026 and was assured by email that my booking was confirmed, yet on June 8 2026 I was told there was none. I’m giving a –5 rating for the appointment and services. You misled me about the booking, kept assuring me it existed, and the whole experience with your team was the worst.

We arrived by train in the morning, and the owner kindly let us check in early. The room was great, with excellent air‑conditioning and a fan, and there were plenty of second‑hand furniture shops nearby, just a short walk from the MRT. Hyderabad’s heat is intense and the sun blazes, making this guesthouse a perfect choice.
