“Agréable et bon standing.”
The welcome was warm, the spot is well‑situated and the service was solid.
“Una bella esperienza”
The room was spotless, spacious, the location was ideal and the staff were friendly. There were convenience stores and supermarkets right under the hotel. The breakfast offered only a few options, which was a downside.
“Très bonne”
The location was great and the place was clean. No complaints.
“Wonderful stay at Osaka”
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right next to the metro station and within walking distance of Osaka Castle, the Art museum, and Dotonbori. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with really comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of both Asian and European dishes. I also really appreciated the coin laundry room and the fact that you can borrow an iron — very convenient, especially when travelling. Another nice touch was the complimentary drinks in the lobby, available from 7:00 to 22:00. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would be happy to come back on my next trip to Osaka!
“Excellent value”
The hotel sits in the heart of the city. The room was very nice and came with excellent facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was superb.
