The front desk welcomed me warmly, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfy; the spot in Torre del Campo was spot‑on and the cafeteria downstairs was a real perk.

The location was fine, but the overall experience was unexpectedly poor.

The place had a decent location, yet the shower towels were awful and old, there was no hair dryer, the toilet lid was loose, a bad odor from Darro filled the bathroom, and the bedside lamp didn’t work.
