Convenient for Termini train station, with many lovely restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Colosseum. Everything was good.

The apartment’s location was great—just a 5‑minute walk to Termini and all the main and historic sights of Rome within 3 km, so we walked everywhere. All communication with the helpful host Gina was professional and quick, which we appreciated. The apartment might be a bit small, but we only used it for sleeping.

The place is right near the train station, which is convenient. But as soon as we got there after a long day of travel, they told us the city tax had to be paid in cash—no cards accepted—and we weren't told this before. We had to leave the room to find an ATM, otherwise we couldn't check in. When we finally paid, they had no change, so they suggested we settle the difference the next day. The room itself is tiny, the shower even smaller, and we had to prop the handheld showerhead against the wall because it wouldn't stay in the holder on the vertical bar. The bath towels were old and worn, some even had holes. These little issues could definitely be fixed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The room was exceptionally clean, air-conditioned, and cleaned every single day. They provided all the essentials, including tea, coffee, and snacks. The owner was amazingly kind and offered top-notch service. The location is unbeatable—super close to Roma Termini, yet the area is quiet, safe, and has plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Great value for money. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Rome!
