Everything was fine 😊 Nothing to add.
Cleanliness, restaurant service, and the menu were all good. We stayed at the hotel for a week during the Carlos Alcaraz camp and I believe guests should not have to pay extra for pool entrance or gym use. The claim that the gym can be used all day for the same fee feels a bit off; I think only a handful of people see it that way.
The pool, room style, and the shower’s hair‑cutting air conditioner were all great, and breakfast was very tasty, plentiful, and varied! The pool bar closed at 19h on Friday, even though the pool stayed open until 21h. In the same restaurant where breakfast is served, ordering drinks at night required an extremely long wait. The room booking was mixed up. It was noisy at night, with the front door rattling, the stairs squeaking, the shower fan always on, and the fan whirring all night.
The restaurant was good, the pool was nice, and it was quiet and peaceful. No comments.
The area was peaceful and the room had active air conditioning.
