The breakfast was bad, the service was poor, there was no option for a vegetarian breakfast, the taste was awful, service came extremely late, and it felt like the hotel didn’t value the customers’ time.

This is the worst hotel; the staff and facilities were unacceptable and it wasn’t worth the money.

I received a call from +91 85120 12534‑Simran, who told me we would check in at 10.30 a.m. and she confirmed it positively, but when we arrived they charged me an extra ₹360 and demanded the full remaining balance immediately, saying that because I had already paid the amount could not be refunded; there was a lot of noise from repair work on both days, and when we needed vegetarian food it wasn’t available.
