The room was nice with a good bed, the location was convenient, the spa was lovely, the breakfast tasty, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very busy, and the room felt a bit cramped.

An amazing hotel near Gare de l’Est. Everything was perfect. The spa was relaxing, and the staff member looking after it was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and offered a peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris. My only concern was the lack of a handrail at the steps leading into the small pool in the spa. The steps were a little slippery, and there is a risk of scraping your leg, as I did, or falling. This makes access difficult for people with reduced mobility

I’m staying right across from Gare de l’Est, with the metro entrance just outside the hotel, so getting into the city center is a breeze. Check‑in was quick and the staff were friendly. The room isn’t huge, but that’s expected in Paris; it’s tidy, playful, and very clean. The bathroom is neat, featuring a rain shower and a hand shower. I appreciate the quiet air‑conditioning, a safe, and the coffee and tea facilities. My room faced the street, yet I hear absolutely nothing—great isolation. Breakfast is orderly and plentiful. Overall, a top hotel in a great location!

Everything was new and modern, right next to Gare de l’Est, and spa access was included in the room price. The spa is nice but the 49 € per person for 45 minutes feels excessive. The toilet was basically in a cabinet, but that was fine for us.

The location was great! Really nice staff that was helpful. Tiny room, but not unexpected.
