The rooms were very cozy and cute, and the food was lovely. The staff were all amazing, bringing great energy to the experience and welcoming everyone so warmly. The activities were lackluster, and the bay on the left was very crowded with people and boats.

Everything was amazing! The food, the suite, the tours, the view, Halong Bay itself, and especially the outstanding service from the Alisa team, notably Anna who gave us attention and support from booking through to the end, guide Ian who, with knowledge and humor, showed us Halong Bay’s attractions, and waiter Dean who delivered excellent service, even noticing when a dish didn’t suit us and replacing it with something we liked.

Staff was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean, we did get an upgrade which was nice! Tours were fine. Food was excessive and over the top with flavour and presentation. Kitchen staff was talented for sure. We went for 3 nights which is unusual since 1 and 2 nights are more common. We had one day that we just relaxed and sat around while the crew worked getting other tours and people on and off. It would have been awesome to go have another option for a beach swim or something else as opposed to staying in the boat. It was nice to watch the scenery, it wasn't terrible but just a comment
