Breakfast was great, the spot's right by the ski bus stop and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were decent size, but the pillows were so soft they felt like a pillow fight. Dinner was tasty, just not many options – they served everything in a big pot.

Central spot, staff were charming and food was good – they almost always added a little extra when you asked. But the language barrier was a pain; hardly anyone spoke German and all the info was only in English.

The staff were super sweet and friendly, meals were good both breakfast and dinner, and the facilities were nice. I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

The staff were consistently friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made checking in and getting around a breeze. Even when the lobby was a bit crowded, they kept a smile and handled everything smoothly. All in all, their helpful attitude was the highlight of the stay.
