The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere felt like a family, the breakfast room was cozy and offered a wide variety, the Superior rooms were beautiful, the bathroom looked new with lovely tiles and a great hair dryer, and the location was excellent—close to the lake and the old town, but it was disappointing that a balcony isn’t standard in a Superior room.
