The location was good, but everything else was the same as mentioned. The hostel bed was wobbly; you just lay on a thin plank with a flimsy mattress. When the person below you turned, the entire bed moved, making it a sleepless night.

I wouldn’t return. This hostel is totally overpriced—€24 for a dorm, and the air‑conditioning failed at night, so it was very hot. The safe in the room is too small; not even a laptop fits. A dorm in Taiwan normally costs €10 per night. The location is good, the staff are friendly, and it was clean.

The room I got was awful – it was in terrible condition and at night I was woken by loud noises from the next door, like something breaking and glass shattering. When I called the front desk they replied coldly, and the overall environment was far worse than the room I stayed in earlier this year.
