The location was great for visiting Loch Ness, and the check‑in and check‑out instructions were clear. However, the bathroom in the room they assigned me was far too small; the toilet and shower areas were so cramped that a heavier person or someone with limited mobility would struggle to use them comfortably. There was no wardrobe, so I had no place to hang or store clothes. Luckily the room had two beds and I was alone, so I used the spare bed to keep my suitcase and belongings, but with two guests the luggage on the floor would block the hallway.

The room, kitchen, and location were all fine. The only issue was that the staff forgot to restock toilet paper; we were left with only a quarter of a roll. Additionally, one neighbor took the house entrance key that was supposed to stay in the lockbox for everyone.
“Overpriced Won’t be Back.”
No parking, no working Wi‑Fi, and the shower was a joke—scalding hot or freezing cold. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room. Overall, very disappointing.
I couldn't cancel when I needed to, which was a real inconvenience.
