The service was very pleasant, the breakfast was royal and delicious, and the kitchen was tasty. The location and service were not ideal.

The location was great—close to the lake and marina, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The dining staff were friendly. However, the floor in the room was dirty, the bathroom sink was tiny making hand washing difficult, there was no toilet paper holder, towels weren’t changed, and the angled room made it hard to reach the window bed without crawling. The fridge under the slope was also hard to access, and there was a tiny table behind the wardrobe without lighting. The window couldn’t open because soot from the chimney would spill in, staining clothes, bedding, and the body.

I really like this peaceful lakeside hotel. I’m booking again for the second time. The location is convenient and the staff are positive.
