Honestly, the service and staff are outstanding here; they’re always ready to help and extremely flexible with any arrangements.

I don’t think this hotel deserves a 3‑star rating. The room was very small and there were no towels for after‑hand use; if you want one you have to pay for it, which shouldn’t be the case in a 3‑star hotel.
