In a village surrounded by tea gardens, the drive is scenic and so is the view from the property terrace. but you might not get a similar experience from your room's balcony. Confirm with property about the room assigned to you. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Not many food options though. the caretaker, very friendly, prepares a decent dinner and breakfast himself but you can also order food from Connoor (handful of places deliver here). Residential house converted to a hotel, so there are some layout oddities and rooms are a little smaller
