The location and room were fine, but they had no hot water due to a system malfunction.

The spot is very well situated, but they had no hot water; they knew it and waited until arrival to tell us, then asked if we wanted the room that way—decisions can’t be made last minute when you’ve planned your day. When I asked reception how much was left, they said probably in the afternoon, but it never happened! They then demanded a $200 deposit for the TV control and another $200 for the iron, constantly adding charges as service worsened. It’s sad because I like to arrive there when I have events in the area; I hope they fix this or people will look elsewhere.

The facilities were decent, but the internet was never on, TV reception was bad, and the towels were very old.
