The rooms were spacious, but the property was littered with trash. The front office staff was absent when we arrived, forcing us to call and wait for him to check us in. On the second night my key stopped working, and we again had to call and wait for the office staff to arrive and fix it.

The hotel was very accessible for people with disabilities and the bed was comfy, though the toilet was a bit low for me.

We were close to the event we attended, and the staff were friendly and helpful; there was nothing to dislike.

The towels were nice and the location was good, but the room was dirty—trash on the floor, spots on the comforter, mismatched comforters, a bar sink with brown water, crumbs in the nightstand drawer, and every surface had to be wiped down by us, including headboards with hand prints. The chair fabric was so dirty we avoided sitting on them. The top of the outside cement stairs was broken and a major tripping hazard. When we asked for an extra hand towel and washcloth, the front‑desk attendant said he didn’t have access to them and we had to wait for the housekeeper.

The room was a good size, but the shower didn’t provide hot water.
