The place is well‑situated and spotless, but the coupon we received for a nearby restaurant had already expired, and when we mentioned this to the staff they responded rudely.

The staff were very friendly and the price was great for a good hotel, yet the bed was uncomfortable—though I’m used to a foam mattress at home—and the pool water felt quite chilly.

The rooms were fantastic, spacious and easy to move around, but the location was poor, the pull‑out was supposed to be heated but was cold, the breakfast was inedible at times, and some staff were rude or very unfriendly.
