The staff were friendly, but the website advertised a 5‑star hotel while we were placed in a 3‑star hotel. The rooms were very outdated, the shower didn’t work (no water) on the last day, earlier days had very poor water pressure, the food at the restaurant was mediocre, and the facilities felt like the 1990s again.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and always spotless. The restaurant was very complete and the food was fresh.
