“Estafado y robado”
The sink was clogged and started flooding when I used it, so I could only use it for a short time. The room had a safe that wasn’t secure because anyone can open it with a master key kept at reception, and they took my stuff, which forced me to spend a day filing a theft report at the police station. The manager met me in her office and promised that everything stolen would be reimbursed through her insurance policy, gave me her phone number and email, but even a month later I still haven’t heard from her and she hasn’t responded to my messages, showing a lack of responsibility toward guests.
