There was no prayer mat and no Qibla direction, which I wish had been added.

The quiet atmosphere and proximity to Al‑Hayat Hospital were great, with no complaints.

The location and comfort were fine, yet the reception staff failed to handle the cleaning crew properly, so the cleaners treated guests poorly. The toilet paper photo shows it was left in the room after cleaning, and the smell after cleaning made me decide I would never stay here again. I politely asked the janitor for more paper and other supplies, but he was rewarded for that request. When I asked for another paper, he said he couldn’t do anything without a reception order. This chain of command from owners to reception to janitors is a problem. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it unless the entire system changes or you need a place only in an emergency.
