Nothing. A terrible experience. ZÉRO. I did not receive the paid room. I waited until I was told it wasn’t ready, and they offered me another room elsewhere or a refund. It was 16 h and my flight was at 6 h the next morning. I accepted the other room in a filthy building. An apartment with mold next to a noisy train track. The day before I had requested a free cancellation with a very good reason, which was denied. The neighborhood was shabby.

The check‑in process was clearly explained, but just before arrival I received a last‑minute message saying there was an issue with the room and that they could only offer an alternative. The new location was similar, yet the accommodation quality fell short of my expectations: I was given a room with two single beds instead of a double, the bedding had an unpleasant odor, and the shower was heavily mouldy. The nearby trains were very loud and passed by frequently.

I was called by the host at the last minute of check‑in to inform me that my reserved accommodation was unavailable, and she directed me to a much poorer alternative with a single bed and sheets that smelled strongly of mould.
