I really appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness and comfort. The hosts are very caring, and the setting feels like home. We highly recommend it!

I had a free room for one day. The owners were welcoming, the courtyard was tidy, and the kitchen was spacious. However, the bathroom lacks a vent, so in the humid climate the moisture stays constant; water droplets hang from the ceiling. We had to fix the toilet tank ourselves because water kept leaking. The window had no mosquito net, and we encountered unwanted insects several times in the room.

The cheap room was quite convenient, and we stayed there for one night. The sea is a 7‑minute walk away, and checking in late was a big plus. The air‑conditioner pointed at the bed made it uncomfortable to sleep at night, and there was no soap in the toilet 😬.

The owners are very friendly and the place is set up for a comfortable stay ❤️. One of the beds was a little squeaky.

The house is excellent, the room is very comfortable and clean. The hostess and host are wonderful, kind and polite. If you’re traveling with kids, you won’t find a better spot. The courtyard has a trampoline, a dog, and plenty of space for children to play. If we ever go to Kobuleti again, we’ll only go there.
