The spot was excellent and the room was nicely furnished, yet it felt fairly dark, the materials seemed cheap, the breakfast was standard, and you could only pick between sweet and salty.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The staff were wonderfully friendly, but the building and facilities were antique; for the price I paid I expected a little more.

The hotel and suite were in a great spot and the room looked beautiful. Breakfast was good, but I would have liked a buffet and more coffee; it would have helped to have a form to choose your breakfast options instead of just sweet or salty. The room was lovely, yet the bathroom lacked a hair dryer and had barely any place to put things. The all‑glass shower enclosure was very “design” but offered almost no privacy; a fully frosted glass would have been better. It was nice to find the complimentary slippers in the room, but they were very poor quality and uncomfortable. The toiletries were missing hair conditioner and body lotion.

The suite was beautiful and located about 150 m away in another building, which was fine because staff moved the luggage from the first to the second. The problem was the stairs in both buildings before reaching the elevator with heavy bags. We didn’t like having to choose a pre‑made breakfast (no buffet) sweet or salty; after expressing my surprise I received a mix of both. And we were especially shocked when asked if we wanted orange juice at an extra cost—over €180 a night, that seemed petty. We refused by principle.
