The motel was pretty standard, exactly what I was looking for. The driveway could use some work.

We booked last minute while in Te Kuiti for a tangi. We were contacted and confirmed immediately. When we arrived, a smiling receptionist gave clear directions to our room. The room was very clean and tidy, so we settled in quickly after a long day, which was lovely.

The hotel sits nicely on the hill, and the room was comfortable, though the bathroom was tiny and had an old cigarette smell.

I’ve stayed here twice before and love the scenic spot; everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
