10 out of 10 for the staff's service attitude. They were kind, warm, and attentive to customers. We had two wonderful nights here, with a refreshing outdoor dinner. Although the facilities had some hygiene issues, the people were a major plus

“Great but not terrific”

Location, design and cleanliness were good. There were no complimentary amenities like ironing boards, slippers, or high‑quality bathrobes. The bathroom lacked usable space, the AC was weak, and the toilets are known to get clogged. It’s a 4‑star hotel with 5‑star comfort and an unbeatable location.

The hotel sits outside Phong Nha in a quiet setting, with spacious, nicely landscaped grounds that include a cave and wonderful views of the surroundings—a great spot for a few relaxing days. There’s also a small zoo where kids could feed and pet the rabbits, and both the coffee and breakfast were delicious. We arrived at 3 am after our bus ran far ahead of schedule and had to wait an hour by a locked gate before anyone noticed us. Thinh then gave us a very generous discount and upgraded our room, even though we were four hours early, and we were still received warmly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with tour planning, taxis, luggage and anticipating our needs. Thinh and his team spoiled us with little gifts and favors throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.
