The hotel was good, and the room was also good. The room was huge. The bathroom had only one window, facing the corridor of other rooms, which bothered me a bit, but it was just a suggestion for improvement and did not ruin the experience. The breakfast was very good and exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic and I had no trouble with parking. The staff attended to me very well. I liked it and will return if I have the chance.

Café da manhã ótimo, perfeita localização. Recepção muito boa. Ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, tentamos de todas as formas mas nada fazia gelar, então foi bem ruim pra dormir. No início já havia perguntado a recepcionista de tinha um quarto na parte superior e ela disse que aquele era o único quarto. Então sugiro verificar os ar condicionados pois pode ser que recebam mais reclamações

The cleaning was good, the location was great, the rooms were quiet, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the minibar was new. The mattress had many holes, the shower was basic, the Lorenzetti shower head was clogged, the toilet was partially clogged, there were many mosquitoes in the bathroom, there was no curtain in the shower box so water splashed everywhere.
