The pool definitely saves the place and it has hot water. The room isn’t the same as the photos shown online, the TV doesn’t work, we never had towels delivered, so I always had to ask for them, and you can’t use any of the kitchen facilities—only soap is provided for the bathroom.

The facilities aren’t very luxurious but they’re very pretty, the pools look like the photos, and the staff are very friendly except for one night‑shift worker who kept bothering us and asking for proof to use certain areas. The night‑shift staff moved my food from the fridge without any notice.
