“Première fois à Bali, premier hôtel, très belle expérience .”

From the moment I arrived, the welcome and service were attentive and genuinely kind, which matters a lot to me. Breakfast was excellent with plenty for everyone, and the hotel’s spot near the beach made it incredibly central. Because my flight left in the evening, I was allowed to use a secondary room for a shower after checking out at noon, so I could still enjoy the pool during the day. Staying ten nights earned me a complimentary massage at their gorgeous spa and two vouchers for meals at the hotel’s Indian and ramen restaurants. I’ve read online that renovations might be needed, but I didn’t notice any issues; the place felt authentic and not overhyped, with staff constantly working, cleaning and tidying. Housekeeping came daily, and water was always available. I truly loved everything, especially my wonderfully sound‑proofed room despite being on a noisy street.

The only drawback was the constant outside noise, even at night from traffic and construction; better soundproofing in the suites would have been a big plus.

I liked the foosball table, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

“It looks nothing like the photos it’s way over priced should only be $20 night”

The staff were great… that’s all… it was way over priced. The place was very, very old; we left after one night because the pool needed repairs and the decking was sinking when you walked on it—photos must have been taken 30 years ago.
