The reception and hospitality were extremely perfect. The bed needed a new mattress, and the bathroom was too small.

I couldn't find a better spot—every angle of the view from the hotel is stunning, and the staff were spotlessly professional.

The staff treated us well, but the hotel’s location was unclear and the link provided was wrong, so I ended up spending about three hours trying to figure out where it was.

I’ve never booked a hotel that felt so awful; everything was terrible, the place was filthy, the staff were mean, and the road was rough.
