The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tent was spacious, well‑maintained, and fully equipped with all comforts. The beds were comfortable and roomy. The bathrooms were new and very clean. Breakfast was also excellent (savory). There is a parking area where you can leave your car, from which various trails to Lake Onuma depart.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the interior was clean, which I appreciated. The snowy view from the room was simply beautiful and made for a memorable experience. The toilet and shower were brand new and spotless, so I’d definitely stay again. No complaints.

I had a wonderful winter stay at this hotel, where my family and I were the only guests. The nearby tourist restaurant was bustling with tour groups, but our stay was peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, serving us a delicious seafood paella and grilled chicken and vegetables for dinner. They also provided us with a wide range of free snacks and drinks in the fridge, and the amenities were top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, where the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The tent was spotlessly clean, and the outdoor dining area offered stunning views. They even provided us with a pet bed and other amenities for our furry friend. The staff were more than happy to cater to our every need, and I was thoroughly impressed with their hospitality.
