The location was good, near the Rail Trail, town and park, and I enjoyed the spa. It was a bit noisy around the kitchen and when people were outside, and I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Checking in at the caravan park was a bit inconvenient when it was wet.

I didn’t get any breakfast, and nobody was on site at all. The rooms lack soundproofing; I could hear every tap, flush, and cough from the neighbors, and the park across the street drew some unsavoury activity.

The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and spacious. It’s close to pubs and cafés for lunch and breakfast, and near the highway but without traffic noise. However, our first room was unserviced, so we were moved to a disabled access room. Though clean, leaves and dust had blown under the door. Outside our room, people were drinking, talking, and smoking in the afternoon and early morning, and there is no on‑site manager.
