We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Siwa. Amer was lovely from start to finish: very friendly, helpful, and truly attentive to us. He was always ready to help and make our stay enjoyable. Siwa turned out to be a wonderful discovery for us. After our time in Cairo, where life is 100% on the go and can be quite exhausting, we really appreciated the calm and tranquility of Siwa. It was truly relaxing and pleasant to take a breath. The hotel is very nice, with a pleasant pool and lots of adorable cats roaming around 🐱❤️. We also booked our activities directly with Amer and everything went very smoothly, with good organization. The room was comfortable and had air‑conditioning, which was really appreciated with the heat. We also ate very well at the hotel. The food was good and the portions were generous. Breakfast was also very good and we enjoyed it a lot. A big thank you to Amer for his welcome, kindness, and availability. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel if you’re passing through Siwa! 😊
It’s a very nature‑friendly and peaceful place. It’s a bit far from the city, but the vibe of Siwa is great. Ibrahim was very friendly and spoke good English, so there were no communication issues. He always asked what I needed and provided it. He also called a tuk‑tuk for me to go to the city. The breakfast was delicious!! The cute cats were a bonus ㅋㅋ Ibrahim’s mango reminded me of how tasty it was, and I learned a lot about Siwa. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong.
A fantastic place to stay in Siwa. The staff were very friendly and served a tasty breakfast every morning. The pool was also great for cooling off. I would definitely return.
The chef‑manager Ibrahim was amazing; he didn’t just help with check‑in, he also made breakfast and lemongrass‑basil drinks while I was staying, and even connected me with the tuk‑tuks. The place had an antique, cozy vibe, and the garden was full of cats. I went there last summer, and seeing that all rooms are fully booked in winter, it must be a satisfying spot. If you travel by tuk‑tuk, you don’t have to insist on staying only in downtown. The towels, body wash, and shampoo all have to be brought by guests!!
