The location is within walking distance of everything you need eg. money changers, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, tourist attractions. Peaceful garden setting, spacious room with private bathroom. Communal kitchen for cooking with a fridge and water dispenser. The fridge in the Communal kitchen was full of flies and a few worms from rotten food. I stayed 21 days and the fridge was only cleaned the day before I checked out. The kitchen floor by the cooking area was often covered in water from the leaking water dispenser which caused a safety hazard for guests. A few times we ran out of drinking water during my stay. I wished there was aircon as the rooms are very hot even with the ceiling fan going full blast. The Owner cancelled my booking on the website claiming I was a 'no show' even though I had been staying on the property for 21 consecutive days and had paid in full in cash
