The hotel sits in an excellent spot, is very clean, the staff is helpful, and there are various tour and car‑hire services available. The service leaves a bit to be desired, with long waits for meals, and the staff were not always ready to answer in English.

The breakfast was fantastic on the first days, for example three different fried eggs. On the last days there was no fried egg, or you had to ask for it. Different cook, different method? The kitchen ladies were not very friendly. Eating with her at the pool. Sent back. Go somewhere else to eat.

The hotel generally provides good conditions for a relaxing stay. Highlights include clean rooms, a good selection at the breakfast buffet, and a beautiful location with a stunning view from the cliff right on the beach. Yet this potential is hardly used. Numerous shortcomings – both in the surroundings and in the service – leave an overall somewhat alienating feeling and noticeably dampen the stay. The surroundings around the hotel look untidy; broken vehicles and construction debris give a bad first impression. This image sometimes carries into the interior areas. The corridors to the rooms are poorly maintained, and trash often lies on the floor for days. The balcony of my room was also very small and uninviting, making a pleasant stay there almost impossible. Service at the pool bar lacks consistency: although soft drinks are listed uniformly at 0.5 litres, in reality very different amounts are served. A serious hygiene shortfall is also evident here. Numerous stray cats roam freely in the pool area and even jump onto food and drink tables, without staff intervening or keeping the animals away. This is not only annoying but also hygienically concerning. The interpersonal communication of the staff is generally reduced to the absolute minimum and leaves much to be desired. Friendly standards such as a “Hello,” “Good morning,” or “Enjoy your meal” are completely missing, the interaction feels distant and often annoyed. The most negative moment of my stay was the departure organised by the reception. The team preferred a taxi driver waiting further back, which led to a loud quarrel between hotel staff and the other drivers – and I was in the middle of it. This incident left the impression that even the departure showed no appreciation or professional care.
