The room was very comfortable and the breakfast spread was good; the location in the heart of Whitefield is great, and there’s nothing to complain about.

This charming little hotel in the center of Whitefield has become my home away from home in Bangalore; I’ve stayed here several times and the service quality—especially the willingness to listen to feedback and make improvements—has impressed me, and I look forward to many more visits.

The breakfast was awful—everything on the buffet was cold, the sambhar had no flavor, and the service was terrible and unfriendly; waiters didn’t pay attention, and tea took 15 minutes to arrive. The dining area needs a revamp: train the waiters or hire new ones, because nobody seems to notice service while they chat. The front desk staff were good; Nilanjana quickly arranged an alternative stay when a booked room was unavailable due to an AC fault.

The hotel is quiet and clean, but the area is noisy.

Please provide accommodation facilities for drivers as well in Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield. Across India, all hotels in India offer basic facilities for drivers, as they are also human beings who deserve proper rest and care. I noticed that only your Whitefield hotel does not have this facility. Please provide accommodation facilities for drivers as well in Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield.
