An event had us booked into a different room, so the staff reassigned us. We discussed it the next day and the manager offered a discount, which was very nice.

The surroundings were gorgeous, the rooms were flawless, and the staff was absolutely top‑class. This hotel made my dream come true, and I’m grateful for that. I have wonderful memories that will stay in my heart, and I know I’ll gladly return because Hotel Residence fulfilled my wish—when I asked my girlfriend to marry me there, she said yes ❤️.

The facility was excellent, the cleanliness superb, and the staff outstanding. It was a shame the restaurant was closed, but otherwise there were no issues.

The accommodation was clean, orderly, and the bed was good, located near the main road but not in the city center. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. That evening they had an event, which made it a bit noisy, but overall we left with a completely positive experience. Parking was also available.
