The location is good and I’ve used it several times; for a solo female traveler it’s acceptable, safe, and the food is nearby. What was unacceptable this time was the loud noise from the neighboring restaurant and the lack of soundproofing in the room—chairs dragged from the upper floor made a lot of noise; switching to wheeled chairs would probably solve it.
