The staff were top‑class, and since I was traveling for business I needed help moving my luggage; they handled everything. The rooms are spacious, and whenever you need something, someone is ready to meet your expectations—there’s a safe, an iron, and always someone available. I’d say it’s a decent family hotel. On the downside, rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request it, the location is fine but you must take a motorbike to reach the MRT each time because the nearest station is 10 minutes away, and the pool isn’t clean.
