The location was fine, but there was no working air conditioning and the walkways were unkept. The hotel didn’t have a chef for breakfast, and it sat right between two other hotels that literally stole its shine. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it impossible to stay outside for long. When I asked for a refund because the services weren’t delivered and the accommodation quality was lacking, the hotel refused, showing clear dishonesty.

Everything was a total mess. No one was at the front desk when we arrived, and only one person was left to handle everything, more focused on guarding the hotel than on guest service. We booked through the app and were told the air would run from 8 pm to 8 am, but for all four days it never turned on at 8 am; instead it was cut off at 6 am, making it unbearably hot. The staff only said they would “check it” and never did. On the second day we had no breakfast, even though it was included from 8 am to 10 am, so we had to leave to eat elsewhere, which was very annoying because we weren’t warned that breakfast would be unavailable. The AC leaked. The buffet only offered scrambled eggs, two small pancakes, pineapple strips, and melon. The facilities were poorly maintained, with moldy mirrors, oddly scented towels, and the photos online didn’t match reality. Everything was far from decent.

The location was good, but deceptive practices ruined the experience. They never told me the air conditioner was broken and tried to give me a smaller room that wasn’t acceptable. I was celebrating my fiancé’s 40th birthday and had specifically booked a larger ocean‑view room for a special celebration. The hotel didn’t reach out to explain, and they tried to force me into a substandard room.

We booked because the description said “WITH POOL,” but the receptionist, who was in a bad mood, told us only penthouse guests could use the pool, which felt like false advertising. We decided not to stay and the hotel wouldn’t refund the money already paid. Avoid this place. The customer service was terrible, showing little empathy and refusing to refund when we didn’t use the facilities. The false advertising and rude staff made the experience worse.
