We stayed at the JW Marriott Chengdu and it was nothing short of amazing. The service was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful, and we felt we really got our money’s worth. Andy at the front desk was especially helpful; he went out of his way to help us order hard‑to‑find travel items and had them delivered straight to our room. Everyone else on staff was friendly, professional, and very polite. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and gorgeous. I’d strongly recommend buying Executive Lounge access if you can; the lounge offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a great buffet, adding a lot of value and making the stay feel even more special. The location is fantastic—central, with plenty of restaurants, shops, attractions, and things to do nearby. All in all, an outstanding experience from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and would tell anyone visiting Chengdu to book this hotel.
