The hotel sits right in the middle of nature with fantastic views of the Atlas. The staff are super friendly and always there, but a little refreshment and an upgrade would help it truly deserve its stars. Nothing else to add.

I had a very pleasant stay in a calm and quiet spot, the room was relaxing and the staff were welcoming. I highly recommend it!

The room size was fine, but the whole property was neglected: the air‑conditioning dripped, the floor was soaked, the bathroom was yellowed and unhygienic, the TV was broken, the door lock was busted and it took effort to close the door. The reception had no card reader, so card payments were impossible even though the booking said otherwise, and they lied about no Wi‑Fi except in the lobby, which wasn’t true. The pool had frogs, the breakfast lacked coffee, everything was only reheated… overall a terrible hotel with a very unfriendly lady at the front desk.
