Très propre, Matteo nous a accueilli chaleureusement, le lieu est vraiment magnifique ! Un seul regret, ne pas être restés plus longtemps 😊, but the walls weren’t well sound‑proofed and we could hear a lot of our neighbors (fortunately the people we shared with were discreet!), so I’d give it a 10.0/10.

Prachtige locatie, prachtig uitzicht en wondermooi zwembad. Een paradijs, yet it would be great if we could order drinks at the pool. The shop is only 10 min drive away but you have to remember that, so I’d rate it 10.0/10.

De locatie en het zwembad were great, but hygiene could improve, especially in the common area where a few spiders appeared in corners; the room itself was excellent and it would have been nice to have a towel‑replacement option during the stay, so I’d give it an 8.0/10.

La struttura è ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Si trova in mezzo alle colline a pochi km da Montepulciano. Ottima posizione se si vuole visitare la val d’Orcia ma allo stesso tempo si vuole la pace e la tranquillità, earning a 9.0/10.
