The hotel features 3 lounge bars, 2 rooftop bars, and elegantly designed heritage buildings dating from 1920 to 1936.

The location is awesome and the view of the Bund is fantastic, nothing else.

The staff didn’t speak English 😫, the Wi‑Fi was awful 😞, answering the phone was awful, and getting some ice took more than 1 hour. It wasn’t anything special; only the location was perfect.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the location was ideal. We chose a room with a panoramic view of the Pearl Tower and the skyline, but the view didn’t match the photos because the room was only on the 16th floor, so the skyline view was partial. Given the price of the room, this was especially disappointing and lowered the overall rating of the hotel.
