The location was ideal, close to the river and giving a Ljubljana vibe, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was big, clean, with a kettle and fridge as a bonus.

I was excited about the central location, but the lack of an elevator made it hard to bring my heavy suitcase. The room smelled of smoke, the mattress felt like a plank, and the uneven floor made the space feel cramped. The bathroom was tight, and the shower door didn’t close properly, sitting right in front of the toilet. We never used the shower, but it definitely didn’t stay dry.
