I booked a standard room and it was a letdown—no space for clothes and the cleaning left something to be desired. The beachside vibe was there, but the staff offered no services: no chairs, no umbrellas, no breakfast beyond a weak spread. We had to grab snacks and drinks from a kiosk. It felt like a bare‑bones shack with no amenities.

The venue is pretty with a nice park, but on rainy days there’s almost nothing to do. The staff were unhelpful; the receptionist didn’t give any info, and no one asked if we needed anything. I requested beach service, but they took an hour and then told me it wouldn’t be ready until 3 pm—so we missed it. Breakfast was basic and repetitive, rooms were old, and overall the service was overpriced. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
