The spot was perfect – right in Moema with cafés, bars and a grocery store right across the street, and the hotel’s own restaurant served solid meals. Vânia let me check in early, which was a real help. The only downsides were the missing microwave and water filter, and the tiny desk made it uncomfortable to work on a laptop for long stretches.

My room on the 15th floor was spotless and quiet enough to finally get some decent sleep, and it felt spacious enough for my needs. Being just a couple of minutes from two grocery stores and Ibirapuera Park made getting around easy, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The towels, while clean, had a strange smell because they weren’t dried in a well‑ventilated area.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location, and both the local staff and the host were quick to respond to any request. The only thing that slipped was the missing complimentary water bottle.

The loft was beautiful and cozy, with a great bed, plush pillows, quality linens, a strong shower, plus pool, sauna and a 24‑hour restaurant serving tasty food, all set in a quiet residential area with a market, pharmacies and cafés nearby. Service was solid and the host was responsive. We did hit a few snags: a bedside lamp didn’t work, the bathroom sink drained slowly, the room safe was jammed, and the AC remote acted up until we changed the battery.
